Here are examples of the TeamViewer Support options.

Remote Support and Monitoring Sessions:
Your dealer can provide a loaner Laptop that can be connected to the system via its Ethernet port. The Laptop has wifi which is its second (external) network connection. This wifi connection can be set to connect to the customer site’s wifi, and once that is setup, from the Support and Monitoring Centre the dealer can securely dial into the Loaner laptop and access the system.

If there is no customer site wifi available then as an extra option a mobile based 4g dongle and router is used
